A FINE POSSESSION: JEWELLERY + IDENTITY

Powerhouse Museum, Sydney NSW
2013 – 2014

3-D Projects partner, Christina Carayanides, was the principal exhibition designer of A Fine Possession: Jewellery & Identity for the Powerhouse Museum, Sydney. A Fine Possession comprises over 700 remarkable antique and contemporary jewellery objects drawn from collectors and institutions across the globe.

The 900 square metre exhibition employs dramatic multimedia installations, evocative graphic treatments and bold architectural design to create a powerful and memorable environment for public viewing and appreciation of these unique treasures.

A Fine Possession was the winner of the 2015 Museums & Galleries NSW IMAGinE Awards, and a finalist in the 2015 Australian Institute of Architects NSW Architecture Awards, the 2015 Australian Interior Design Awards and the 2015 Museums & Galleries National Awards.
